Online websites for home learning

In addition to the work that has been set by the class teacher, there are also other websites that are offering free access during this unprecidented time. Look below for the latest updated list.

The Government has released a recent news story - New major package to Support online learning.  Within this news release, the Goverment discuss a resource - The National Oak Academy . This  home learning resource is now in full operation andit will provide 180 video lessons each week, across a broad range of subjects from maths to art to languages, for every year group from reception through to Year 10.  It was created by 40 teachers from leading schools in England and has been backed with Government funding. Our teachers are looking at it to see how we can incorporate this into our home learning packs but please have a look yourself for inspiration.

BBC Bitesize have also produced daily lessons to support home learning. Each lessons includes a video clip, information activity and links to additional work.  Again, our teachers are looking at this to see how we can incorporate it into our home learning packs.

The TES  have gathered together a collection of teacher-created learning resources designed to engage EYFS and primary pupils and help them learn and study outside of their usual classroom environment. All of these resources are completely free to download and use and include lessons, worksheets, workbooks and activities.
