WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2025

World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10th October, the overall objective being to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to try and improve support for all.

This year’s campaign focuses on the urgent need to support the mental health of people affected by humanitarian emergencies. Poor mental health can affect anyone and feels very differently for each person.

In class today, the children have talked about emotional health , reminding us that our feelings are important and also how to care for ourselves and each other.
The children have been amazing, sharing their thoughts and ideas.
