We had an amazing visit from chef Chris Rooney, Chris is chef in our local community and came in to show the children in Cooking club, how to perform some tricky culinary techniques.

The children learnt how to chop vegetables safely as well as reducing stock down into risotto. The finished product of summer vegetable and seabass risotto was a huge hit with the children, some trying lots of vegetables that they would not usually try. A big thank you to Chris and to the children who are showing some signs of wanting to work in the food Industry when they are older.
