What an experience we had today when the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity visited our school. The amazed faces of children and parents as they came into school was a picture!
Children found out important information about the job they do and lots of interesting facts. Each air ambulance is used between 12 to 15 times a day to save lives at a cost of £3000 a time.
Ask your child what they found out!
Each class spent time sitting in the air ambulance, pressing buttons and finding out about the equipment and what it is used for.
Our visitors were impressed with the thoughtful questions our children asked about the charity and the various jobs that people do within it.

Thank you for a fabulous day!
