The role of the LAC of this academy is to contribute to the development of the academy, providing support and challenge from the perspective of pupils, parents and stakeholders. It is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds and the Principal and staff value the time and commitment this group of people voluntarily give to our academy.
The LAC will carry out its duties in a manner which will enable the objectives for the academy to be achieved and will provide regular reports of its activity to the Academy Trust. The LAC shall have oversight of the academy's activities and duties outlined in the schedule of delegation document.

Became involved with the school as a volunteer helper in 2016 and found it had a very positive and nurturing ethos. Subsequently went on to qualify as a Teaching Assistant but was previously employed in University Research and Development [occupational workplace design, occupational health & safety, new build projects and new service start-ups].
